They think that Kleewz will be the leader again.
But the Alapcas have not voted yet because of the record cold front 0 K (Brr) that had exploded all technology. Thankfully, Hackter was able to replicate most of the computers so that the randomly assigned Alapcas could vote.
The Alapcas will finish voting in a week or so.
