The Hibernation is Over!

Most of the summer has past, and now Alapcas across Alapca-land are waking up from their long hibernation.
Two months ago, all of Alapca-land fell quiet as the Summer Hibernation began. Because of the hot summer weather, all Alapcas fall into a deep slumber in their homes and refrigerators to keep cool. Doing this protects their inner organs for overheating, and sleeping is the way to keep the coolest.
But now the temperatures have cooled down enough for the Alapcas to wander around Alapca-land once again. This means that The Alapca Election is also open once again, now for both Humans and Alapcas.
The weather for the week is looking good, and all Alapcas should have no problem going outside in the sun. There have also been no reports of hostile activity from The Land of Darkness.
The Alapca Times will now be up and reporting any news from Alapca-land.
