End of Flupbergulb's Rein

Today is the last day of Flupbergulb's leadership of Alapca-land. He has enjoyed it very much and hoped that he had made a remarkable difference to Alapca-land. He will be able to run next election, since he has already been Friendly Dictator this month, he will only have 3 promises (instead of 4). There will also be three new candidates: Pant Jr. Cod and Odod.
